Big Dish Satellite is run by me, John Sidwell, and is now one of the longest established businesses of its kind in France. Since 1996, in fact.
Supplying , supporting and working with over 8,000 customers. I have an extensive product knowledge and I make sure that Big Dish runs a well proven and effective after-sales service.
If you talk to large suppliers (ie those who have a Sales Dept and a Service Dept) then the sales person you are talking to is paid on commission. Whatever product he or she sells you, he or she will get paid a commission whether or not that product is right for you. If you're not happy ultimately, your problem is passed to the Service Dept. With Big Dish Satellite, that is different. Sales and Service is run by the same person. I wouldn't recommend a product if I think it's going to bite me later.
