corona virus update:

In line with guidelines issued to businesses by the French government, we are obliged to make changes to the way we interact with our customers.

We can no longer offer demonstrations of the Tooway satellite broadband system, we can no longer invite clients here to collect equipment and we can no longer accept equipment returns made personally.

All we are stopping is face to face contact so we can still take your order for satellite broadband equipment and have that equipment shipped to you or to your installer. We can also continue to provide technical support by telephone.

Regretfully, we have to put a stop to customers arriving here to see the system working and to sign up to the system and take the equipment away with them.

We can no longer accept equipment returns after a rental contract has been cancelled (for example) so please send that equipment directly to Bigblu in the UK or to us via La Poste or a courier of your choice.
