When you place an order for the kit, it is sent direct to you or you can have it sent to a neighbour if you wish. The kit components are all guaranteed for one year.

The average installation time is a couple of hours ... we've had our alignment equipment re-calibrated so that we can align the dish for the Astra Internet Service within a couple of minutes ... and with pinpoint accuracy. Once the transmit and receive cables are connected to the satellite modem, your account activation takes about 15 minutes.
